The rigorous physical training cadets receive is a daily cornerstone of our program. We believe that sustainable change happens when you challenge the mind and the body, breaking past perceived limits to reach extraordinary goals. Please read below and see the video for further details.
The first week of Right Step is spent in rigorous physical training, which you will see demonstrated in the video below. The physical training process consists of our 4 A's philosophy- Attitude, Academics, Attendance and Achievement. Physical training will work to address the first two and ATTENDANCE is mandatory. P.T. is monitored through a point system. There are 30 points possible ( 6 per day) and absences greatly affect a student's ability to pass through.

Cadets will need tennis shoes and socks. Right Step will provide shirts and black shorts. Your child is able to bring their own black shorts if necessary.
